Oberoi Realty has appointed Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T) as the construction partner for seven high-rise residential towers in Gurgaon. On 23 April 2026, L&T announced that its Buildings & Factories (B&F) business had secured the contract for the project. The company will carry out the RCC shell and core construction, earthworks, and piling for the project. The announcement was made along with another major contract for a proving ground facility in Haryana for an international company. The contract is classified as a 'Significant' order by L&T, with a value ranging between ₹1,000 crore and ₹2,500 crore, reflecting the scale of the development and the trust placed in L&T's construction expertise.

About the Project

On 29 June 2026, Oberoi Realty officially launched Three Sixty North Gurgaon in Sector 58, Golf Course Extension Road, Gurgaon. The project marks the Mumbai-based developer's first residential development in the Delhi-NCR region and its expansion into the North Indian residential market. The development is spread across 59,956.20 square metres (approximately 14.81875 acres).

The ultra-luxury development comprises seven towers. In the first phase, six residential towers—Tower A, Tower B, Tower C, Tower E, Tower F, and Tower G, will be developed, while Tower D is planned for a future phase. Once completed, the project will offer 432 exclusive residences, including 3 BHK + Studio, 4 BHK + Studio, duplex residences, and penthouses, with home sizes ranging from approximately 5,500 sq. ft. to over 13,000 sq. ft.
