The company's journey through different names is interesting too. It was officially incorporated as Kingston Properties Private Limited on May 8, 1998. Then in October 2009, it was renamed Oberoi Realty Private Limited, and just two months later, in December 2009, it converted into a public limited company under the name we know today — Oberoi Realty Limited.
