Signature Global Partners with Tonino Lamborghini to Launch Its First Branded Residential Project in Gurugram

Signature Global has signed a licensing agreement to develop Tonino Lamborghini Residences Gurugram, incorporating the Italian brand's design philosophy across architecture, common areas, and amenities.

Signature Global Ltd., a leading Gurugram-based real estate developer, has entered into a strategic collaboration with Tonino Lamborghini S.p.A., an Italian lifestyle brand, to develop a branded residential project in Sector 71, Southern Peripheral Road, Gurugram, the company said in an exchange filing on Thursday, April 16.

Under the agreement, Signature Global will develop "Tonino Lamborghini Residences Gurugram" under a brand licensing arrangement, with the Italian brand's design philosophy woven into key architectural and lifestyle elements, including the design of the facade, common areas, and amenities.

The project spans across 12.4 acres in Sector 71, Southern Peripheral Road, Gurugram, offering spacious 3, 4, and 4.5 BHK residences with 812 units. The estimated cost of development is around ₹2,891 crore, with a Gross Development Value(GDV) of ₹4,000 crore.

With this collaboration, Tonino Lamborghini enters India’s residential real estate space, tapping into the growing demand for premium branded residences, particularly in Gurugram, which has emerged as a leading hub for such developments driven by affluent buyers and rising interest in luxury living.
