It all began in January 2018, when M3M India and Tribeca partnered with the globally renowned Trump Organization to bring India's fourth Trump Towers project to life. Named Trump Towers Delhi NCR, this landmark residential development is located in Sector 65, Golf Course Extension Road, Gurgaon. The project features 258 ultra-luxury apartments spread across two iconic towers that dramatically stand out on the Gurgaon skyline, soaring at 200 metres and noticeably taller than most premium projects in the same category, which typically rise to around 170 metres. More than just residences, Trump Towers Delhi NCR marked the beginning of M3M's journey into the world of globally branded luxury living.
Building on the success of Trump Towers gurgaon, M3M India took its vision a step further in October 2025 with an exciting new collaboration with the legendary luxury designer brand Jacob & Co. The result, M3M Jacob & Co. Residences, is a breathtaking project located on the Noida Greater Noida Expressway, Sector 97, Noida, representing a total investment of ₹2,100 crore. This partnership didn't just add another landmark to the region but fundamentally changed Noida's skyline and redefined what luxury living means in the NCR. As Pankaj Bansal, Promoter of M3M India, perfectly summed it up, "This collaboration with Jacob & Co. reflects our focus on elevating the standard of luxury living in India."
And M3M's appetite for excellence shows no signs of slowing down. In January 2026, M3M India announced yet another landmark collaboration, this time with the iconic Lebanese fashion and lifestyle brand Elie Saab. Named M3M Residences by Elie Saab, this stunning new development is located in the Billionaires' Block, Sector 111, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram. With a planned investment of ₹3,500 crore and 950 meticulously designed homes, this collaboration is set to bring the timeless elegance and couture sensibility of Elie Saab into the world of Indian luxury real estate, an address that promises to be as extraordinary as the brand behind it.
In October 2010, M3M launched its first township, M3M Golfestate, in Sector 65, Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram. Focused exclusively on high-end residential living and spread over 56 acres, this project is thoughtfully curated to meet the desires of the most discerning homeowners.
With a commitment to building world-class destinations, M3M is developing M3M Smart City Delhi Airport — a 250-acre township and high-end residential, mixed-use retail, and commercial hub along the Dwarka Expressway. Following the success of Smart City Delhi Airport, M3M India launched M3M City of Dreams in May 2023, located in Sectors 36 & 37, Panipat, Haryana. Spread across a sprawling 337 acres (136 hectares) in the heart of Panipat, M3M City of Dreams is a landmark development that redefines urban living. A visionary blend of cutting-edge infrastructure, modern luxury, and vibrant community life, this global city sets a new benchmark for excellence.
In November 2025, M3M launched yet another township — M3M Gurgaon International City (GIC) — located in sectors M9, M10, and M11 of Manesar, spread across 140 acres. GIC is a thoughtfully planned, future-forward ecosystem where world-class business, leisure, and sustainability converge to create India's next premier urban destination.
Backed by a robust land bank of 3,000 acres and a customer base exceeding 20,000, M3M India operates on the principles of Trust, Transparency, and Timely Delivery. M3M India is heading into an exceptional year, with record-breaking sales of approximately Rs. 30,000 crore firmly in sight. The company has already demonstrated strong momentum, clocking Rs. 11,000 crore in sales within the first two quarters of FY 2024–25 alone.
Fuelling this growth are a series of landmark launches across key markets. In Gurugram, the super-luxury offerings M3M Altitude and M3M Opus have set a new standard for premium living, while in Noida, two ambitious mixed-use developments — M3M The Line and The Line Pentsuites in Sector 72, and M3M The Cullinan and The Cullinan Avenue in Sector 94 — are redefining the city's urban landscape.
Beyond the National Capital Region, M3M India is making bold strides into new geographies. The company has committed Rs. 7,500 crore toward new developments in Uttar Pradesh, including a significant Rs. 3,300 crore investment unveiled at the UP Global Investors Summit — a clear signal of its long-term vision for the state.
In Haryana, M3M has already begun delivering on its promises. The successful completion of Phase I of M3M City of Dreams in Panipat — a sprawling 350-acre plotted development backed by a total investment of Rs. 2,700 crore — stands as one of the most significant residential milestones in the region in recent years, underscoring M3M's unwavering commitment to scale, quality, and timely delivery.
M3M India recently repaid Rs. 2,473 crore in debt, reducing its total debt burden to Rs. 1,302 crore. The development reflects the company's ongoing commitment to financial discipline and its efforts to build a stronger foundation for future expansion.
